Disclosed is the compound 3-((S)-1-((2R,5R)-5-(2-thiazol-5-ylacetamido)-1,6-diphenylhexan-2-ylcarbamoyl)-3-morpholinopropyl)-1-((2-isopropylthiazol-4-yl)methyl)-1-methylurea and its derivatives, optionally in the form of their pharmaceutically acceptable salts and/or solvates thereof. Further disclosed is a pharmaceutical composition which comprises the above compound and a pharmaceutically acceptable carrier or excipient； wherein the composition may further comprise one or more additional active agents. Further disclosed is the use of the above compound for the preparation of a medicament, for administration to a patient to improve the pharmacokinetics of a drug which is metabolized by cytochrome P450 monooxygenase.
