PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To fix a cut end of a rubber thread at a desired pair of joints in an elastic sheet for attaching the rubber thread to a sheet portion with a pair of joints positioned on both sides of the rubber thread. SOLUTION: The thread rubber (14) has a pair of joints (jP) located on both sides, and the contracted thread rubber (14) is sandwiched between the pair of joints (jP), and the rubber thread (14) is laterally moved.
