Disclosed is a kit of parts for use in a unicondylar meniscal bearing knee replacement. The kit of parts comprises a plurality of meniscal bearings (24). Each bearing (24) comprises a body with a dished first bearing surface on one side and a second surface on the opposite side of the body. Each bearing (24) in the kit of parts has an entrapment, being the maximum depth of the dished first surface, of between 3.2mm and 3.8mm. The range of entrapments are provided such that bearings of different thicknesses have approximately the same entrapments, as opposed to greatly varying the size of the entrapment to the size of the patient. This enables easier fitting in larger patients, prevents overstuffing of a smaller patient&rsquos joint, reduces the chance of dislocation and subsequently reduces post-operative pain.
