Disclosed is an implant assembly having a screw loosening prevention function. The disclosed implant assembly having a screw loosening prevention function comprises: a fixture implanted in an alveolar bone, a screw fastening hole being formed at the center of the upper end of the fixture; an abutment placed on the upper portion of the fixture and coupled by a connection screw; and a crown fixedly installed to cover the abutment. The abutment has a screw passage hole formed in the lower portion thereof such that the connection screw passes through same and is screw-fastened to the screw fastening hole. The abutment has a screw insertion hole formed in the upper portion thereof and connected to the screw passage hole such that the connection screw is inserted into the screw passage hole. Accordingly, the connection screw is inserted through the screw insertion hole, passes through the screw passage hole, and is screw-fastened to the screw fastening hole, thereby coupling/fixing the abutment to the fixture. A first female thread portion having a thread formed thereon is formed on the inner peripheral surface of the screw insertion hole. The implant assembly further comprises a first loosening prevention bolt which is screw-fastened to the first female thread portion such that the lower end thereof is forced against the upper end of the connection screw, thereby preventing the connection screw from loosening.L'invention concerne un ensemble implant ayant une fonction de prévention du desserrage de vis.
