<；P>；PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a poultry-farming feed for meat poultry (poultry for meat), having good feed efficiency for the meat poultry, and providing chicken meat having good quality by paying attention to the point wherein the quality of oils and fats may affect to the feed efficiency and the quality of the produced chicken meat because the content of the oils and fats in the feed for the meat poultry is high, and to establish the production technique of the chicken meat having the high quality matching to the needs of a consumer. <；P>；SOLUTION: The poultry-farming feed for the meat poultry to which the oils and fats are added is regulated so that the oils and fats are unused vegetable oils. Preferably, the poultry-farming feed for the meat poultry is obtained by adding an extract of rice bran besides them.
