The present invention provides an improved implantable antenna, and an implantable device that generates an electric pulse while having the antenna. The implantable antenna according to the present invention includes: a substrate, a first patch formed on the substrate； and a short-circuit pin and a feeding pin formed between the substrate and the first patch, wherein the first patch has a rectangular spiral shape wound inwards and the implantable device has a capsule shape while having the antenna. The implantable device having the structure can effectively receive electric power applied from the outside, thereby improving the disadvantages of an existing non-inductive implantable device.본 발명은 체내에 이식되는 구조 개선된 안테나 및 그 안테나를 구비하면서 전기적인 박동을 발생하도록 하는 체내 이식형 디바이스를 제공하는 것이다. 그리고 본 발명에 따른 체내 삽입 가능한 안테나는 기판, 상기 기판 상부에 구성된 제1 패치 및 상기 기판과 상기 제1 패치 사이에 구성된 단락핀 및 급전핀；를 포함하면서 상기 제1 패치는, 안쪽으로 감기는 직사각형의 스파이럴(spiral) 형상으로 형성되며, 체내 이식형 디바이스는 상기한 안테나를 구비하면서 캡슐 형태로 형성된다. 이러한 구조의 체내 이식형 디바이스는 외부에서 인가되는 전력을 효과적으로 수신할 수 있어 종래 무유도 체내 이식형 디바이스가 가지는 단점들을 개선하는 이점이 있다.
