The present invention relates to a method for producing a dental integrated handpiece, and to a device for producing the same. The method comprises: a horizontal hole processing step (S10) of processing a first processing material by mounting one side of a cylindrical processing material and by forming a horizontal hole in one side thereof； a vertical hole processing step (S20) of producing a second processing material by processing a vertical hole in one side of the first processing material by inserting the first processing material processed in the horizontal hole processing step (S10) in a vertical hole jig and by mounting the vertical hole jig on a shelf； an eccentric processing step (S30) of producing a third processing material by inserting the second processing material processed in the vertical hole processing step (S20) in an eccentric jig, by mounting the eccentric jig on a shelf, and by processing an outer diameter and a slope hole inclined at a predetermined angle in one side of the second processing material protruding to the outside of the eccentric jig； and an outer shape processing step (S40) of processing the outer shape of the third processing material into the shape of a handpiece by fixing the third processing material processed in the eccentric processing step (S30) to a fixing jig and by mounting the same on MCT.본 발명은 치과용 일체형 핸드피스 헤드 제조방법 및 이를 위한 제조장치에 관한 것으로서, 원통형상으로 된 가공물의 타측을 선반에 장착한 후 일측에서 내부로 수평홀을 형성하여 1차 가공물을 가공하는 수평홀가공단계(S10)와, 상기 수평홀가공단계(S10)에서 가공된 상기 1차 가공물을 수직홀지그에 삽입한 후 상기 수직홀지그를 선반에 장착하여 상기 1차 가공물의 타측에 수직홀을 가공하여 2차 가공물을 형성하는 수직홀가공단계(S20)와, 상기 수직홀가공단계(S20)에서 가공된 상기 2차 가공물을 편심지그에 삽입한 후 상기 편심지그를 선반에 장착하고 상기 편심지그의 외부로 돌출된 상기 2차 가공물의 일측에 설정된 각도로 기울어진 경사홀과 외경을 가공하여 3차 가공물을 형성하는 편심가공단계(S30)와, 상기 편심가공단계(S30)에서 가공된 상기 3차 가공물을 고정지그에 고정한 후 MCT에 장착하여 상기 3차 가공물의 외형을 핸드피스 형태로 가공하는 외형가공단계(S40)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
