PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a crop pull-out machine that facilitates adjusting the cutting position of foliage part while preventing scratches of crops in a root crop harvester with a shoulder-arranging device.SOLUTION: A crop pull-out machine is characterized by providing a pull-out conveying device 4 for pulling and conveying the crops, providing a foliage cutting device 31 for cutting the foliage part of the crops, and providing a shoulder-arranging device 20 for regulating the lifting of the crops to a predetermined height and arranging the cutting position of the foliage part.
