The present inventors evaluated the morphine analgesic effect, the resistance to morphine analgesia, and the effect of a FLT3 inhibitor on morphine-induced mechanical hypersensitivity. When the FLT3 inhibitor was administered with morphine, the amount of analgesic effect was higher than that produced by morphine alone. Repeated administration of morphine induced a progressive decrease in morphine-induced analgesia as indicated by the decreased percentage of MPE in control animals. Intrathecal pretreatment with FLT3 inhibitors reduced the reduction in morphine analgesia. Administration of FLT3 inhibitors completely prevented the development of both morphine-induced pain hypersensitivity and latent pain sensitization by morphine. Accordingly, the present invention increases the effectiveness of an opioid for its analgesic effect, thereby reducing the dose of opioid while maintaining opioid effectiveness in a subject suffering from pain in need thereof. [Selection diagram] Figure 1【課題】 本発明者等は、モルヒネ鎮痛効果、モルヒネ鎮痛に対する耐性及びモルヒネ誘発機械的痛み過敏症に対するFLT3阻害剤の効果を評価した。FLT3阻害剤がモルヒネと一緒に投与された場合、鎮痛効果の量は、モルヒネ単独によって生じる量よりも高かった。モルヒネの反復投与は、対照動物におけるMPEの減少したパーセンテージによって示される通り、モルヒネ誘発性鎮痛における進行性の減少を誘発した。FLT3阻害剤での髄腔内前処置は、モルヒネ鎮痛の低減を減少させた。FLT3阻害剤の投与は、モルヒネ誘発性痛み過敏症及びモルヒネによる潜伏性痛み感作の両方の発症を完全に予防した。従って、本発明は、その鎮痛効果の為のオピオイドの有効性を増加させ、それにより、それを必要とする痛みを患う対象においてオピオイド有効性を維持しながら、オピオイドの投与量を減少させる為のFLT3阻害剤に関する。【選択図】図１
