A method of preventing color loss from dyed hair comprising the application of a hair care composition comprising from about 0.1% to about 20% of a sulfoalkyl(meth)acrylate compound, an alkylacetamido(meth)acrylate, or a mixture thereof, and a dermatologically acceptable carrier wherein the sulfoalkyl(meth)acrylate compound and the alkylacetamido(meth)acrylate undergo polymerization inside the hair fibers.Procédé permettant dempêcher un colorant capillaire de passer, qui consiste à appliquer une composition de soins capillaires renfermant de 0,1 à 20% environ dun composé de sulfoalkyl(meth)acrylate, un alkylacétamido(meth)acrylate, ou un mélange de ces composés, et un véhicule acceptable au plan dermatologique, le composé de sulfoalkyl(meth)acrylate et lalkylacétamido(meth)acrylate étant soumis à une polymérisation à lintérieur des fibres capillaires.
