The present invention provides a method for inducing in vivo migration of a stem cell to a damaged joint region, the method comprising the steps of: (a) submerging a biodegradable scaffold in a solution having chemotactic factors; and (b) implanting the biodegradable scaffold to the damaged joint region. In addition, the present invention provides a method for treating a damaged joint including the step of implanting a biodegradable scaffold having interleukin (IL)-8, Macrophage Inflammatory Protein (MIP)-3α, or derivatives thereof to a damaged joint cartilage, and provides an implantable composition for treating a damaged joint cartilage having the biodegradable scaffold including IL-8, MIP-3α, or derivatives thereof as an active ingredient. The present invention enables treatment of a damaged joint cartilage by implanting the biodegradable scaffold reacted with the chemotactic factors (for example, IL-8 or MIP-3α) to the damaged area (for example, joint cartilage), and inducing/promoting homing of a stem cell (desirably, a mesenchyme stem cell). Thus, the biodegradable scaffold of the present invention are applied to the treatment of a damaged joint cartilage more conveniently and effectively compared to the conventional technology.La présente invention concerne une méthode d'induction de la migration in vivo d'une cellule souche vers la région d'une articulation endommagée, la méthode comprenant les étapes suivantes : (a) immersion d'un échafaudage biodégradable dans une solution comportant des facteurs chimiotactiques ; et (b) implantation de l'échafaudage biodégradable dans la région de l'articulation endommagée.
