The present invention relates to the field of agricultural harvesting apparatus and machinery, particularly to hemp harvesters for use in harvesting industrial hemp. Hemp harvester is a trailed machine that comprises mainly of an upper and a lower cutting device attached to the frame, a transmission to keep the cutting devices driving and an adjustment device to adjust the cutting height of the cutting device, a cross conveyor to transmit the spins and to load them to the adjacent vehicle, and to turn the mechanism's upper cutting device and the cross conveyor to the operating and transport position, and to switch and turn the lower cutting device to the operating and transport position. The upper cutting device and both parts of the cross conveyor are attached to the frame with joints, the cross conveyor including a hydraulic cylinder for turning the upper part of cross conveyor.
