It is an object to provide a marker molecule for efficiently diagnosing melanoma and a new therapeutic target molecule that can be used for an effective treatment. PDZRN3, DTX3L, CSS3 and BRP44L are provided as melanoma specific markers. In addition, examination methods and treatment methods using these biomolecules are provided.メラノーマを効率よく診断するマーカー分子や、効果的な治療法に利用できる新たな治療標的分子を提供することを課題とする。メラノーマ特異的なマーカーとして、PDZRN3、DTX3L、CSS3及びBRP44Lが提供される。また、これらの生体分子を利用した検査法、治療法などが提供される。
