The present invention relates to a device and a system for controlling an amount of medicinal fluids and aqueous solutions injected by a drop method caused by potential energy of the aqueous solutions. More specifically, the system hinge-combines and folds a first closure in which a first accommodation unit penetrated from one side to the other side is formed, and a second closure in which a second accommodation unit penetrated from one side to the other side is formed.
