The present invention relates to a terminal connection device of ultrasonic vibrator for ultrasonic physical treatment system comprising a loading cap for a vibrator, a conical coil spring installed between the bottom surface of a printed circuit board and the ultrasonic vibrator, a terminal wire(electric wire) fixed on the ultrasonic vibrator is protruded through the upper side of the printed circuit board through a terminal wire outlet hole, a central upper side contact portion formed on the printed circuit board to position the terminal wire in the center of the conical coil spring installed in the upper side of the ultrasonic vibrator, and one side of the terminal wire connected to the central upper side contact portion, and the upper end of the conical coil spring electrically connected through the central upper side contact portion by mounting(fixing) the upper end of the conical coil spring by a mounting means on the central upper side contact portion from the bottom surface of the printed circuit board. The present invention enables the coil spring to elastically contact a ultrasonic element and mounts(fixes) by the mounting means on the central upper side contact portion fixed on the printed circuit board to use the central upper side contact portion as the positive electrode of the ultrasonic element, facilitates the connection of the terminal wire by connecting the terminal wire to the central upper side contact portion, and prevents short-circuit of the terminal wire connected to the central upper side contact portion by vibration, thereby reducing manufacturing period and improving productivity.본 발명은, 인쇄회로기판의 밑면에 초음파진동자가 매설된 진동자장전캡을 장착시키고, 인쇄회로기판의 밑면과 초음파진동자와의 사이에 원뿔형 코일스프링을 설치하며, 상기 초음파진동자에 고정된 단자선(전기선)을 인쇄회로기판에 뚫어진 단자선인출공을 통하여 인쇄회로기판의 상측으로 인출하도록 하되, 상기 초음파진동자의 상측에 설치된 원뿔형 코일스프링의 중앙부에 위치하도록 인쇄회로기판에는 상측접점을 형성하고 상기 상측접점에는 일측의 단자선을 접속하며, 상기 인쇄회로기판의 밑면에서 상측접점에는 상기 원뿔형 코일스프링의 상단을 장착수단에 의해 장착(고정)하여 원뿔형 코일스프링의 상단이 상측접점을 통해 단자선과 전기적으로 연결되도록 된 초음파물리치료기의 초음파진동자
