PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and an apparatus for manufacturing a stylet in which the punching of the stylet and the holding/conveying of the stylet can be performed together, and chips of a punching plate in the punching are not produced.SOLUTION: A method for manufacturing a stylet includes: a step of holding a stylet sheet with a stylet part formed on the sheet serving as a support substrate by a stylet sheet holding mechanism a punching blade setting step of making an upper part punching blade face a lower part punching blade across the stylet sheet a step of bringing a space formed by the upper part punching blade and the stylet sheet into a negative pressure state a step of punching the stylet sheet by bringing the upper part punching blade into contact with the lower part punching blade a step of holding and conveying the stylet punched from the stylet sheet by the upper part punching blade while keeping the space into the negative pressure state and a step of releasing the negative pressure state and releasing the holding of the stylet.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2COPYRIGHT: (C)2017,JPO&INPIT【課題】針状体の打抜きと、針状体の保持・搬送をともに行うことができ、かつ、打抜き時の打抜き板の切り屑を発生させることがない針状体の製造方法及び製造装置を提供する。【解決手段】支持基板となるシート上に針部が形成された針状体シートを針状体シート保持機構により保持する工程と、前記針状体シートを挟んで上部打抜き刃と下部打抜き刃を対向させる打抜き刃セット工程と、前記上部打抜き刃と前記針状体シートで形成される空間を負圧状態とする工程と、前記上部打抜き刃と前記下部打抜き刃を接触させることにより前記針状体シートを打抜く工程と、前記空間を負圧状態としたまま前記針状体シートから打抜かれた針状体を上部打抜き刃により保持し搬送する工程と、前記負圧状態を解除するとともに前記針状体の保持を解除する工程と、を備える針状体の製造方法とした。【選択図】図2
