PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a stereoscopic vision at low cost by using a diagnostic reading screen of a normal medical image.SOLUTION: A medical image stereoscopic display processing device includes: a storage part for storing a medical image having three-dimensional information imaged by a medical image pickup device an object area move part for continuously moving an object area set in the medical image stored in the storage part a parallax image creation part for creating a parallax image for a left eye corresponding to the left eye of an image reader and a parallax image for a right eye corresponding to the right eye from the object area and a display part for displaying the parallax image for a left eye and the parallax image for a right eye.
