The method includes: Slicing a denture model and a false tooth model setting two markers on the two sides of the false tooth model covering the markers in the vicinity with a shaping agent to form the dental positioning stent putting the dental positioning stent on the oral teeth to take a tomography image of the slice pasting up the tomography image of the slice on a profile of the denture model proportionally selecting an implant, an implant depth, and an implant angle based on the tomography image pasted on the denture model and setting positioning sleeve in the denture model to guide a implant drill to drill the implant hole.
