The present invention also provides a method of producing an antibody, comprising culturing the host cell of the present invention such that the antibody is produced. The anti-myostatin antibodies of the invention may be for use as a medicament. The anti-myostatin antibodies of the invention may be for use in the treatment of muscle wasting diseases.
