PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for determining sensitivity to a combined treatment of an inhibitor treatment, especially EGFR inhibitor and a chemotherapeutic agent.SOLUTION: A method is constituted by including measurement of overexpression of phosphorylated AKT protein and/or phosphorylated MAPK protein in a biosample constituted by containing human lung cancer cells as an index that the biosample is sensitive to combination of an epithelium growth factor receptor (EGFR) inhibitor and the chemotherapeutic agent.
