PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a system for controlled heat treatment of a human being surface texture.SOLUTION: A method and a system for controlled thermal injury of a human being surface texture, based on an ability for generating various shapes, sizes, and depths of thermal injury so as to be controlled freely, via precise spatial and time-variant control of acoustic energy application, are provided. The device comprises a control system (300), and a probe for facilitating monitoring of a treatment plan, control and feeding of energy, and a treatment condition. A system for treatment of controlled thermal injury on a human being surface texture in an interest area, comprises: a control system configured to control the treatment system； and a probe configured to generate even injuries on the interest area.
