PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a surgical microscope system in which a camera can be attached to a side face of a surgical microscope even when the surgical microscope is supported through a vertical slider and a horizontal slider.SOLUTION: Since a position for attaching a camera 13 can be raised by an extension optical path component 14 which is vertically long, the camera 13 is made less likely to interfere with part of a vertical slider 5 and a horizontal slider 6 even when a surgical microscope 7 is supported through the vertical slider and the horizontal slider.
