PURPOSE: A freezing prevention device for spraying part of pest control machine is provided to prevent the spraying part from being frozen in winter time. CONSTITUTION: A freezing prevention device for spraying part of pest control machine comprises a battery(170), a water tank(130), a circulating pump(140), a muffler(150), a heating line, a discharge tube(142), a hot water discharge line(131), a blast pipe(111), and a spraying part(120). The battery is installed to be fixed in an engine room of the inner part of the pest control machine main body. The water tank is installed to be fixed at the upper part of a drug tank of the main body. The circulating pump is installed to be fixed at the upper part of the engine room. The muffler is installed on top of the engine room. The heating line is installed to be fixed in order to receive heat in the muffler. The discharge tube connects one side of the heating line and the circulating pump.본 발명은 방제기에 관한 것으로서, 보다 상세하게는 다목적으로 사용되는 방제기를 겨울철에 사용시 이동중 추운날씨로 인하여 분무부의 결빙을 방지할 수 있도록 한 방제기의 분무부 결빙방지 장치에 관한 것이다.본 발명은 방제기의 분무부 결빙방지 장치에 있어서, 방제기의 본체 내부의 엔진실에 고정되게 설치된 배터리와, 상기 본체의 약제탱크의 상부에 고정되게 설치된 물탱크와, 상기 물탱크와 연결관으로 연결되고 상기 배터리와 전원이 연결되며 엔진실 상부에 고정되게 설치된 순환펌프와, 상기 엔진실의 상부에 설치된 소음기와, 상기 소음기에 열을 공급받도록 고정되게 설치된 열공급관과, 상기 순환펌프와 열공급관의 일측이 연결된 토출관과, 상기 열공급관의 타측과 연결된 온수토출라인과, 상기 본체의 상부에 설치된 송풍관과, 상기 송풍관의 선단에는 약제연결호스가 연결되고 다수개의 분무노즐이 설치된 분무관을 이룬 분무부와, 상기 분무부의 분무관에는 상기 온수토출라인이 원형으로 형성된 분무관을 따라 밀착되며 감싸게 설치하고 상기 온수토출라인과 일체로된 온수회수라인이 상기 물탱크에 연결되어 상기 분무부가 결빙되는 것을 방지할 수 있도록 설치된 것을 특징으로 한다.
