PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To treat a large amount of ascites and collect cell components of lymphocytes and cancer cells aseptically.SOLUTION: An ascites treatment system 1 includes: an ascites bag 10 for accommodating ascites； a filter 11 for removing a predetermined cell component from the ascites in the ascites bag 10； a concentrator 12 for concentrating the filtered ascites filtered by the filter 11； a concentrated ascites bag 13 for collecting the concentrated ascites concentrated by the concentrator 12； a liquid supply device 15 for supplying liquid to a filter film 14 of the filter 11 and separating the cell component from the filter film 14； and a hermetic type cell component bag 16 for accommodating the cell component liquid containing the cell component separated from the filter film 14. The cell component bag 16 is provided with connection means 90 for connecting it to a cell component processing system 120 for processing the cell component in an aseptic condition.【課題】多量の腹水を処理可能で、リンパ球やがん細胞の細胞成分を無菌で採取する。【解決手段】腹水処理システム１は、腹水を収容する腹水バッグ１０と、腹水バッグ１０の腹水から所定の細胞成分を除去する濾過器１１と、濾過器１１で濾過された濾過腹水を濃縮する濃縮器１２と、濃縮器１２で濃縮された濃縮腹水を回収する濃縮腹水バッグ１３と、濾過器１１の濾過膜１４に対し液体を供給して濾過膜１４から細胞成分を離脱させる液体供給装置１５と、濾過膜１４から離脱した細胞成分を含む細胞成分液を収容する密閉型の細胞成分バッグ１６と、を有している。細胞成分バッグ１６には、細胞成分を処理する細胞成分処理システム１２０と無菌状態で接続するための接続手段９０が設けられている。【選択図】図１
