PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radiation detector that is able to cope with a defect correction process of a reflection layer while hindering a resolution decrease caused by the reflection layer.SOLUTION: A radiation detector 10 comprises an array substrate 11, a scintillator layer 12, a reflection layer 13 and a moisture-proof body 14. The array substrate 11 has a photoelectric conversion element 24. The scintillator layer 12 is formed on the photoelectric conversion element 24 of the array substrate 11. The reflection layer 13 is in the form of a sheet, is disposed on the scintillator 12, and reflects fluorescence from the scintillator 12.
