PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cold insulating container for delivery of delivery articles which securely maintains a predetermined cold service temperature continuously over a long time.SOLUTION: The container includes a container body 1 of a box type which has opened an upper part and a lid 2 which covers the container body each of which is made of a heat insulating material, the lid 2 includes a lid body 3 of a box type which has opened the upper part and a plate-like upper lid 4 which is assembled and attached to the upper opening section of its lid body 3 detachably by covering and is provided with a chill feeding chamber S which contains dry ice D inside.
