The system includes: a culinary mix including a blended food； a collapsible pouch configured for holding the culinary mix； and a push-pull cap configured for being coupled with the collapsible pouch, and when the collapsible pouch is squeezed, configured for receiving the culinary mix from the collapsible pouch and for dispensing received culinary mix.
