PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air mat device or an air cushion device utilizing air pressure which can disperse body pressure and automatically prevent bottom touch due to a setting error by automatically holding optimum hardness and height of a mattress or a cushion with automatic control of air pressure especially in the mattress used in a nursing bed or the cushion used in a wheelchair.SOLUTION: An air mat device 10 includes: a mattress 12 which includes an air cell group 16 in which a plurality of long and narrow bag-like air cells 14 are arranged in parallel along the longer direction of a bed in a state in which the air cells are laid in a direction orthogonal to the longer direction of the bed an air supply part 18 which supplies and exhausts air to the air cells 14 sensors 20 which are positioned on the surface where the air cells are arranged in parallel and detect sinking of the mattress 12 and an internal pressure adjustment part 24 which automatically adjusts the internal pressure of the air cells 14 by controlling the air supply part 18 on the basis of the detection result of the sensors 20.COPYRIGHT: (C)2015,JPO&INPIT【課題】特に、介護用ベッドに使用されるマットレスまたは車椅子に使用されるクッションにおいて、空気圧の自動制御によりマットレスまたはクッションの硬さや高さを最適かつ、自動的に保持させることにより、体圧を分散させるとともに設定ミスによる底づきを自動的に防止可能とする空気圧を利用したエアマット装置またはエアクッション装置を提供すること。【解決手段】エアマット装置10を細長い袋状のエアセル14をベッドの長手方向と直交する向きに寝かせた状態でベッドの長手方向に沿って複数本並設させてなるエアセル群16を含むマットレス12と、エアセル14にエアを供給・排気するエア供給部18と、エアセル14の並設面に位置し、マットレス12の沈み込みを検知するセンサ20と、センサ20の検知結果に基づいて、エア供給部18を制御し、エアセル14の内圧を自動的に調整する内圧調整部24とを備える構成とした。【選択図】図1
