PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a production method of PTP sheet which controls degradation of appearance of a printed part.SOLUTION: A production process of PTP sheet 1 includes a filling process for filling a pocket 2 of a container film 3 with a tablet 5. The filling process includes a process to apply printing on the tablet 5 by printing devices 61 and 62 while the tablet 5 is sucked and carried. The tablet 5 has a dented part formed in advance, and, in the filling process, the printing is applied in the dented part of the tablet 5 and the tablet 5 is embedded in the pocket 2. Thus a printed part 5J is formed on the surface of the dented part of the tablet 5 and printed part 5J stays within the dented part. Therefore, it becomes hard for the printed part 5J to rub against the container film 3 and a cover film 4 after the tablet 5 is embedded in the pocket 2, which prevents print contents from being illegible.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6COPYRIGHT: (C)2020,JPO&INPIT【課題】印刷部における外観品質の低下抑制を図ることができるＰＴＰシートの製造方法等を提供する。【解決手段】ＰＴＰシート１の製造工程は、容器フィルム３のポケット部２に錠剤５を充填する充填工程を備える。充填工程は、錠剤５を吸着搬送しつつ、印刷装置６１，６２によって該錠剤５に印刷を施す工程を含む。錠剤５には予め凹部が形成されており、充填工程では、錠剤５の前記凹部内に印刷を施すとともに、該錠剤５をポケット部２に充填する。これにより、錠剤５における凹部を形成する面に印刷部５Ｊが形成され、印刷部５Ｊが凹部内に存在した状態となる。そのため、ポケット部２へと錠剤５を充填した後において、印刷部５Ｊが容器フィルム３やカバーフィルム４と擦れにくくなり、印刷内容が不明瞭になることをより確実に防止できる。【選択図】 図６
