<；P>；PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an absorbent article capable of suppressing the diffusion and the leakage of body fluid in the circumferential edge direction of an absorbent article and reducing discomfort given to a user in use. <；P>；SOLUTION: A sanitary napkin 1 having an absorbent body 30 between a liquid permeable top sheet 10 and a liquid impermeable back sheet 20 is provided with a second sheet 40 between the top sheet 10 and the absorbent body 30. The absorbent body 30 and the second sheet 40 are integrated with each other via a pressure bonding part 50 formed by being pressure-bonded without accompanied with the top sheet 10, and the pressure bonding part 50 extends across a vaginal orifice facing portion facing the vaginal orifice of the user in the use and is provided in an area along the approximately center line in the longitudinal direction of the absorbent body 30. <；P>；COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
