The system realizes the replacement of the existing drug-fumigation quarantine treatment method, and performs an inactivation treatment on mediums by means of a high-power microwave dielectric heating method, thereby avoiding the defects of pollution, drug residues and low efficiency brought about by the existing treatment method.
