PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cleansing cosmetic providing excellent touch feeling in use and excellent finished feeling after use, and having high stability of transparency while keeping the high cleansing force.
SOLUTION: The cleansing cosmetic comprises (a) 5-30 mass% nonionic surfactant having 7-14 HLB value, (b) 0.1-2 mass% water, (c) 60-90 mass% oil liquid at normal temperature, and (d) an oil-soluble vegetable essence.
