PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique for quickly performing imaging and improving image quality in the configuration of updating an offset correction image at each time of radiation imaging.SOLUTION: The radiation imaging apparatus includes: a first correction image storage means for storing a first correction image captured with a high resolution without irradiation with radiation and imaging information of the first correction image and a second correction image generation means for generating an image for which the captured image captured with a low resolution without irradiation with radiation is converted to the same resolution as the first correction image as a second correction image and a correction processing means for capturing a radiation image by irradiation with radiation, then combining the first correction image and the second correction image on the basis of a correction coefficient calculated on the basis of the imaging information when capturing the radiation image and the imaging information when capturing the first correction image stored in the first correction image storage means, generating an offset correction image, and correcting the radiation image captured by irradiation with the radiation on the basis of the offset correction image.COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT【課題】放射線画像の撮影の度にオフセット補正用画像を更新する構成において、撮影を迅速に行なうとともに、画質を向上させるようにした技術を提供する。【解決手段】放射線を照射せずに高解像度で撮影された第1の補正画像とその撮影情報とを格納する第1の補正画像格納手段と、放射線を照射せずに低解像度で撮影された撮影画像を前記第1の補正画像と同じ解像度に変換した画像を第2の補正画像として生成する第2の補正画像生成手段と、放射線を照射して放射線画像を撮影した後、該放射線画像の撮影時の撮影情報と、前記第1の補正画像格納手段に格納された第1の補正画像の撮影時の撮影情報とに基づいて算出された補正係数に基づいて前記第1の補正画像及び前記第2の補正画像を合成し、オフセット補正用画像を生成し、前記放射線の照射により撮影された放射線画像を前記オフセット補正用画像に基づいて補正する補正処理手段とを具備する。【選択図】図1
