PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wheelchair that takes a forwardly inclining condition more easily, and can accomplish a getting off operation without raising and folding a footrest when a wheelchair user gets off the wheelchair, and in which the structure is simple, and that can correspond also to the folding type.SOLUTION: When a user sitting in the wheelchair gets off, and when the users weight is moved forward holding a lock release lever 11, an elasticity expansion and contraction member 20 expands to a stretch position in which an engaging recess portion 23 provided at the upper part of an axle 13 of a supported base frame 2 supported by the axle 13 of a rear wheel 12, and an engaging protrusion portion 24 of a body frame 1 are separated in a lock release state, and the body frame 1 is tilted to a forward incline position. The body frame 1 and the base frame 2 are connected at a front wheel support board 2c through a link member 15 and a pivot shaft 14, and turn making the pivot shaft 14 as a fulcrum when inclining, and a footrest 5 descends to the ground or the ground neighborhood site in the forward inclining position, thereby the wheelchair user can stand up by stepping on the same without raising the footrest 5, and the folding type can be corresponded by an X-shaped link mechanism 17.COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT【課題】車椅子利用者が車椅子より下乗する際に、より容易に前下がり状態をとるとともにフットレストを跳ね上げて折り畳むことなく、下乗動作を遂行し得る構造が簡単で、折り畳み式にも対応可能な車椅子を提供する。【解決手段】車椅子に着座した利用者が下乗する際、ロック解除レバー11を把持しながら利用者の体重を前方に移動すると、ロック解除状態で後輪12の車軸13に支持された基台フレーム2の車軸13上方に設けた係合凹部23と本体フレーム1の係合凸部24が離れるように弾性伸縮部材20が伸長位置まで伸びて、本体フレーム1が前傾位置へと傾動する。本体フレーム1と基台フレーム2は前輪支持ボード2cでリンク部材15と枢し軸14を介して連結されており、傾動時には枢支軸14を支点として回動し、前傾位置ではフットレスト5が接地または接地近傍部位に至るまで下降するので、車椅子利用者はこのフットレスト5を跳ね上げることなく、これを踏んで立ち上がることが出来き,X字形リンク機構17により折り畳み式も対応可能である。【選択図】図2
