PURPOSE: A purification method of bee venom is provided to mass-produce purified bee venom with high purified without the composition change of the bee venom.CONSTITUTION: Bee venom is dissolved to obtain a bee venom solution (S1). An adsorber is inserted into the bee venom solution (S2). The mixture is firstly filtered to filter substances containing the absorber, and obtain pure bee venom (S3). The bee venom solution is obtained by dissolving and filtering. The filtration is conducted by using filter paper. The cellulose filter is a cellulose filter. 0.02-0.1wt% of bee venom is contained in the bee venom solution. The absorber is primary secondary amine (PSA), and 0.1-10 of PSA is added to 1L of bee venom solution.COPYRIGHT KIPO 2013[Reference numerals] (AA) Bee venom (BB) Water (CC) Dissolving (DD) Absorption agent (EE) Pure bee venom solution (S2) Absorption (S3) Filtration본 발명은 봉독의 대량 정제방법에 관한 것이다.본 발명의 봉독의 대량 정제방법은, 봉독을 용해시켜 봉독용해액을 제조하는 제1단계, 상기 봉독용해액에 흡착제를 넣고 혼합하여 혼합물을 제조하는 제2단계 및, 상기 혼합물을 1차 여과하여 상기 흡착제가 포함된 물질은 거르고 남은 순수봉독액을 획득하는 제3단계를 포함하여 구성된다.본 발명에 의해, 봉독의 성분변화 없이 봉독이외의 불순물을 제거함으로써 99%이상의 순도를 가진 정제봉독을 대량으로 얻을 수 있으며, 이에 따라 정제봉독을 원료로 하는 화장품, 식·의약품 개발에 유용하게 사용될 수 있게 된다.
