When a compressed flow of air is induced by the air pump into the accumulation chamber of the air accumulator, a Venturi effect is created in the outlet of the accumulation chamber, causing the liquid fragrance to be sucked out of the fragrance bottle toward and mixed with the compressed flow of air for diffusion through a spray chamber in the air accumulator and the air outlet tube.
