The present invention provides a pouch for accommodating infectious substances to remove the infectious substances inside the abdominal cavity, and an infectious substance removal device capable of eliminating the infectious substances inside the abdominal cavity by using the pouch. The pouch comprises: a body having an opening portion into which the infectious substances are inserted and formed on one side thereof, an accommodation space formed on the inner side of the opening portion for accommodating the infectious substances inserted into the opening portion, a first insertion hole into which an electrode conductor is inserted and formed on one side of the accommodation space, and a second insertion hole into which suction equipment is inserted and formed at one end of the accommodation space corresponding to the opening portion； and a wire which is formed on the circumference of the opening portion of the body and closes the opening portion. Accordingly, the present invention is capable of shortening the time required for a surgery or a procedure without the need to perform a search task to find separated foreign materials by removing infectious substances such as a boil or a tumor while collecting the same at the same time.
