A device (1) for infusing ingredients (2) in a solvent (3), comprising: a first reservoir (4) for containing the solvent, a tube (5) connecting the outlet (01) of the first reservoir to the inlet (II) ) of said first reservoir, a pump (6) located in series with said tube for circulating solvent from said outlet (01) to said inlet (I1), a second reservoir (7) for containing ingredients, said second reservoir being located sequentially from the decree tube so that the solvent circulating in the tube can circulate between the ingredients — a wave generator (8) adjacent to said second reservoir to generate a wave field (FW) towards the ingredients. 2. The device according to claim 1, wherein the wave generator (8) comprises ultrasonic probes (9) for generating a field of ultrasonic waves (FW1). 3. A device according to claim 2, wherein said ultrasonic probes (9) are located around said second reservoir (7). 4. A device according to claim 1, wherein the wave generator (8) comprises a pair of electrodes (10) for generating a field of pulsed electric waves (FW2).
