The presently disclosed and claimed inventive concept(s) relates to a conditioning composition additive for use on keratin substrates in order to provide immediate as well as long lasting benefits to the keratin substrate in conditioning systems, such as leave-on and rinse off conditioners, for hair and skin, or for imparting greater water resistance to such personal care compositions as sunscreens or cosmetics.
