PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce stress of a pet and solve lack of exercise of the pet and make play of the pet with a pet toy last long without requiring its owner or the like to stay with the pet.SOLUTION: A holding tool for a pet toy includes a hanging hook part 5, a neck part 6 installed so as to extend downward from the hook part 5, and a holder part 7 installed under the neck part 6.
