PURPOSE: A CSG vegetation block including effective microorganisms, and a producing method thereof are provided to apply the vegetation block for an environmentally friendly river revetment construction method. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of a CSG vegetation block including effective microorganisms comprises the following steps: mixing soil, water and cement to obtain a CSG(cemented sand and gravel) mixture(S100)； inserting the CSG mixture into a block mold, and pressurizing the mixture to obtain a CSG layer(S110, S120)； sowing seeds on the upper side of the CSG layer, and spreading culture soil including the effective microorganisms on the CSG layer(S130)； and pressurizing the culture soil after adding oyster shell powder to obtain the vegetation block(S140, S150).
