PURPOSE: An ultrasonic diagnostic apparatus with a control panel is provided to easily control the location of an image display unit and a control panel by performing only the operation of a handle member.CONSTITUTION: An ultrasonic diagnostic apparatus(1) includes a moving detection unit(30) sensing the manipulation of a user and a controller generating a control signal for moving a control panel(20) while being connected to the moving detection unit. The ultrasonic diagnostic apparatus includes a driving unit moving the control panel according to the control signal of the controller. An image display unit(12) outputting the ultrasonic images to a screen is formed on an upper of the control panel. A lower portion of the supporting part is connected to a body portion(14) having a wheel(16). The moving detection unit sensing the manipulation of the user is installed in the control panes, the body portion, or the image display unit.
