PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an on-vehicle infected livestock rendering processing apparatus capable of transferring and setting livestock, particularly the livestock with an infectious disease, in the breeding yard and immediately sterilizing the livestock on site.SOLUTION: The on-vehicle infected livestock rendering processing apparatus includes: a crusher 2 for continuously crushing infected livestock a heating/sterilizing container 6 to be circularly heated by an electric heater device 12 with an automatic temperature control function with oil as a thermal catalyst a raw material pump screw 3 and a first lamellar pump 4 for transporting livestock bodies crushed by the crusher 2 into the heating sterilizing container 6 a raw material transfer pipe 5 connecting the first lamellar pump 4 and the heating sterilizing container 6 a product put-out screw 7, a product pump supply screw 8 and a product transfer pipe 10 for exporting the livestock bodies after the heating and sterilization process by a second lamellar pump 9 from the heating sterilizing container 6. The apparatus including the above devices is mounted on a trailer chassis 15 which can be coupled to a tractor vehicle.
