PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cosmetic treatment apparatus for carrying out cosmetic treatment regardless of place and time by incorporating an electromotive force generating means into the apparatus so as to be able to generate power every time of massaging.
SOLUTION: The cosmetic treatment apparatus is provided with a support rod, a grip connected to the support rod, a cylindrical head engaged with the support rod coaxially and rotatably to be rolled on the skin surface that is subject to the cosmetic treatment, a power generating means to generate power by rotation of the head, and a skin stimulation means disposed on the head to stimulate the skin by power generated by the power generating means.
