PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve a longer operating life by a structure of efficiently radiating heat from an LED of a fishing lamp to the outside, maintaining the temperature of the LED to be the maximum rated temperature or less, and maintaining characteristics of the LED for a long time, and to prevent an accident from occurring such that the voltage lowers too far and an engine does not start when a battery for starting the engine is used as parallel use, and the power is used for a long time.SOLUTION: A substrate 3 on which the LED 1 is mounted is made thin in 0.05 mm or less by forming a copper foil in a polyimide with a thin-film technology. The heat generated by the LED is quickly efficiently transmitted to a radiation fin through a metal plate on the back of the substrate to be radiated outside. A temperature sensor 7 is installed in the center of the substrate in which the temperature rises the most to detect the temperature. The temperature of the LED is controlled so as not to exceed the maximum rating. Deterioration in the characteristic of the LED is prevented, achieving the longer operating life of the LED. When using the battery for starting the engine as parallel use, the output voltage is monitored, and the LED fishing lamp is automatically turned off when the output voltage goes under the setting voltage, preventing the accident from occurring such that the engine does not start.COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT【課題】集魚灯のLEDが発生する熱を効率よく外部に放熱する構造にし、且つ、LEDの温度をLEDの最大定格温度以下に保ちLEDの特性を長時間維持し長寿命を実現する。また、エンジン起動用のバッテリーを併用する場合、電力の使用が長時間となり、電圧が下がり過ぎエンジンが起動しない事故を未然に防ぐ。【解決手段】LED1を搭載する基板3をポリイミドに薄膜技術で銅箔を形成し0.05mm以下に薄くし、LEDで発生された熱をすばやく基板の裏の金属板を通して放熱フィンに効率良く伝熱し外部に放散する。また、温度が最も上昇する基板中央に温度センサー7を設け温度検出しLEDの温度が最大定格より越えないよう制御しLEDの特性劣化を防ぎLEDが長時間使用できるようにする。さらに、エンジン起動用のバッテリーを併用する場合、出力電圧をモニターし設定電圧を下回った時LED集魚灯を自動的に消灯しエンジンが起動しない事故を防ぐ。【選択図】図2
