PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pickled plum-containing oral cleaning agent which has good palatability by flavors of the acidity or the like of a plum and exerts tightening effects on gums by salt as a pickled plum-containing tooth paste and which can be used in pH range where tooth enamel or the like is hard to damage by brushing or the like.SOLUTION: There is provided a tooth paste which has pasty or granular edible portion of a pickled plum as essential components, an alkaline pH adjuster composed of basic sodium or basic potassium, pH of 5.8 to 8.0, and peppermint oil, or a pickled plum-containing oral cleaning agent used for a gargle cleaning agent. The agent as the tooth paste is out of pH range where brushing may cause damage. The pH adjuster generates sodium citrate or potassium citrate, or if it includes the peppermint oil, it is excellent especially in the acidity and the flavor.SELECTED DRAWING: NoneCOPYRIGHT: (C)2016,JPO&INPIT【課題】梅干し入り歯磨剤の梅の酸味等の風味による高い嗜好性と塩分による歯茎の引き締め効果を発揮し、しかも歯のエナメル質等がブラッシング等による損傷を受け難いpH域で使用できる梅干し入り口腔用洗浄剤とすることである。【解決手段】ペースト状又は粉粒体状の梅干し可食部を必須成分とし、塩基性ナトリウム塩又は塩基性カリウム塩からなるアルカリ系pH調整剤を添加したものからなり、pHが5.8~8.0であり、かつハッカ油を添加した歯磨剤又は、うがい用洗浄剤に用いる梅干し入り口腔用洗浄剤とする。このものは歯磨剤用としてブラッシングによって傷つく可能性があるpH域外のものになる。pH調整剤によりクエン酸ナトリウム塩又はクエン酸カリウム塩が生成し、又はハッカ油を含有するものは、特に酸味や香味に優れた梅干し入り口腔用洗浄剤になる。【選択図】なし
