The present invention relates to a composition for healthy tea using black garlic, and a manufacturing method thereof. More specifically, the composition for healthy tea of the present invention is obtained by mixing: black garlic and apple containing fruit sugar, glucose, and organic acid. Therefore the present invention provides healthy tea which suppresses the distinct smell of garlic while enhancing health and relieving fatigue.본 발명은 흑마늘을 이용한 건강 차의 조성물과 그 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 즉, 본 발명은 건강 차의 조성물에 있어서 흑마늘과 과당과 포도당 및 유기산을 갖는 사과를 배합조성하여서 마늘의 고유한 향 발생을 억제하면서 피로 해소 및 체력을 증진시키는 건강 차를 제공할 수 있도록 함을 목적으로 한 것이다.
