In general, the invention relates to a pharmaceutical dose having (4-Methoxy-phenyl)-methyl-(2-methyl-quinazolin-4-yl)-amine hydrochloride as the active ingredient that upon administration to a subject provides a Cmax of about 1 ng/mL to about 250 ng/mL. The dose may be used in methods of treating cancer through the administration of (4-Methoxy-phenyl)-methyl-(2-methyl-quinazolin-4-yl)-amine hydrochloride.
