The present invention provide an adhesive sheet for attaching to an article made of soft vinyl chloride resin such as blood bag made of soft vinyl chloride resin, having a center line surface height Ra of 1.0 μm or more, which comprises a film substrate and a heat-sensitive adhesive layer formed on a back surface of the film substrate, wherein the heat-sensitive adhesive layer contains a crystalline polyester resin as main component. The adhesive sheet of the present invention is excellent in adhesive property when the adhesive sheet is attached to the article made of soft vinyl chloride resin and the adhesive strength of the adhesive sheet of the present invention is not decreased after autoclave treatment or storage at low temperature.
