PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packaging sheet which prevents sheet-like foods from moistening even when a rice lump is packaged.SOLUTION: A packaging sheet 1 is formed by holding a sheet-like food 4 between a rectangular outer film 2 and an inner film 3 arranged on the back surface side of the outer film 2, in an expanded state, and fusion-adhering the outer periphery of the sheet-like food 4 with the outer film 2 and the inner film 3. The outer film 2 has a segmentable part 21, and the inner film 3 has a cleavable part 32 formed continuously in parallel with and throughout the segmentable part 21.
